The flying of UK flags to stir anti-migrant anger will be encouraged by a march from Sheffield Peace Gardens to refugee accommodation on Blonk Street, a hotel which has been repeatedly targeted, and its residents harassed, according to SCARF (Sheffield Communities Against Racism and Fascism).
