The entire menu is waste or surplus food from from farms, businesses, events, households, etc. Part of a UK network challenging ideas about the value of food, and the concept of 'food waste' which can perfectly healthy and delicious and put into landfill. Diners can chose to pay in money or energy by washing up or other help. By reconnecting with the simple values of feeding the community they hope to engage people in becoming involved with the project and helping each other.
