Medact Sheffield is the local branch of Medact, a pressure group for members of the health community to organise for health justice.

They are currently (2026 update) organising around four local campaigns, in solidarity with communities facing and fighting health inequity

• Palestine Solidarity – No Palantir in the NHS South Yorkshire (Palantir is an Israeli defence software corporation seeking NHS data contracts)
• Access to Healthcare with City of Sanctuary, Assist, Refugee Council
• Trans and non-binary Health Justice
• Homes for Health with Sheffield Tenants Union
