Local Nature Recovery Strategy needs your views
Consultation closes Friday 31st July 2026
South Yorkshire’s Local Nature Recovery Strategy is “an ambitious, evidence-based plan to restore nature at scale” and the MCA (Mayoral Combined Authority) is seeking views from the public, to help shape nature recovery across the region.
There is a full explanation at the link below. The public survey takes 10-15 minutes, and there is also a quick survey designed to be accessible for all, including younger people.
Professionals, landowners, farmers and people with specialist knowledge or interest in the natural environment can take a more detailed survey.
